We are a consumer finance company established in 2020, regulated by the FRA (Financial Regulatory Authority) under license number 6 for 2020, in accordance with consumer finance law number 18 for 2020 and FRA's regulations.

At seven, we offer financing for the following products Wonders (One-Time),
Wheels (Automotive) & World (BNPL).

What are the installment plans available?

You can finance a diverse range of products and services, including home furnishings, solar panels, consumer electronics, vehicles, health insurance, education, etc.

What is the funding limit?

We currently provide flexible payment plans ranging from 6 to 60 months.

What can I buy with seven?

What is the funding limit?

How do I apply for seven's services?

You can apply for seven's financing solutions by signing up on our
website or mobile app, visiting one of our activation points, or contacting our customer

Paying Installments

How can I pay my installments?

You can pay through the app with your debit or credit card with no transaction fees. You can also pay in cash via Fawry using the code “7278”. You can also pay using Instapay and apple pay.

How do I check the status of my installments on the app?

Please check that the new experience is added on the website and the app

Can I settle my financed product installments early?

Yes, you can settle your installments early. For Wonders and Wheels, early settlement is available after 6 months of installments. For World, early settlement can be done after 3 months. Simply reach out to our customer support team to request early settlement, and they’ll guide you through the process.

Troubleshooting

I'm having trouble accessing seven's website

If you're unable to access our website from your smartphone, please ensure that your internet connection is stable. If it is, please try opening our website from a PC, and if you're already using a PC and the website isn't loading, try a different browser.

I can’t access seven’s mobile app

Please check your app store to see if seven needs an update, and if so, download the latest version. If you do have the most recent update, simply force-stop the app, clear its cache, and try opening it again.

How do I change the password for my seven account?

To recover access to your account, please follow these steps from either seven's website or app:
1. Select 'Forget Password'
2. Enter your mobile number.
3. Type in the 6-digit code (OTP) that you'll receive.
4. Create a new password

I want to change my password but I'm not receiving an OTP

Please set your smartphone to airplane mode for 30 seconds, then try sending an OTP. If this doesn't work, restart your phone and try again. In case the issue persists, remove the SIM card from your smartphone and insert it into another device. Make sure that there's a strong network connection and attempt to send an OTP. If the OTP got delivered, your smartphone could have a problem.
