How do I apply for seven's services?

You can apply for seven's financing solutions by signing up on our website or mobile app, visiting one of our activation points, or contacting our customer support department via email or phone.

How can I pay my installments?

You can pay your due installments online with your debit or credit card through our website or app with no transaction fees. You can also pay in cash via Fawry using the code '7278'.

Are payments on seven's website secured?

Yes, transactions done through seven's payment portals are completely secure. Our payment system complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which ensures that cardholder information is kept secure by establishing a set of security requirements specifically for this purpose.

How do I check the status of my installments on the app?

You can obtain all your credit information with seven through our website or mobile app. Here's how: From the website: 1. Go to seven website 2. Click the 'Login' button in the top right corner 3. Enter your account information 4. Navigate to the drop-down menu that has your name on it 5. Choose 'Payment & Billing' From the mobile app: 1. Open seven app 2. Enter your account information 3. Select the wallet symbol at the bottom of the screen

Can I settle my financed product installments early?

Yes, you can pay off your installments after 6 months of installments. Simply reach out to our customer support department to ask for an early settlement, and we'll take it from there.


I'm having trouble accessing seven's website

If you're unable to access our website from your smartphone, please ensure that your internet connection is stable. If it is, please try opening our website from a PC, and if you're already using a PC and the website isn't loading, try a different browser.

I can’t access seven’s mobile app

Please check your app store to see if seven needs an update, and if so, download the latest version. If you do have the most recent update, simply force-stop the app, clear its cache, and try opening it again.

How do I change the password for my seven account?

To recover access to your account, please follow these steps from either seven's website or app:
1. Select 'Forget Password'
2. Enter your mobile number.
3. Type in the 6-digit code (OTP) that you'll receive.
4. Create a new password

I want to change my password but I'm not receiving an OTP

Please set your smartphone to airplane mode for 30 seconds, then try sending an OTP. If this doesn't work, restart your phone and try again. In case the issue persists, remove the SIM card from your smartphone and insert it into another device. Make sure that there's a strong network connection and attempt to send an OTP. If the OTP got delivered, your smartphone could have a problem.
